Yeah, this felt really really good to hear, primarily for 3 reasons:
1. It helped to be reminded of the value of our work to the overall business, it helped to see the strategic priorities as they cascade down and use that as evidence for why this work matters.
2. It helped to be reminded of what success looks like as a PM in this team - biasing for action, helping the best decision get made, focusing on community. I'm going to take time after this to reflect on where I'm at with my process & my team and update my approach with these reminders.
3. It made me feel like a part of a team working towards something bigger. Super motivating. I'd encourage you to do this at least once a quarter - 30 mins of strategy/PM advice + 30 mins of conversation amongst the PM team.Created about 1 month ago

Liked - The good strategy/bad strategy framework as the outline of the DAP plan.
LOVED - Graham taking the time to present to the PMs specifically. The felt unifying, validating and a reminder we're all working toward the same end goal in DAP.
Longed for - A next milestone. Now that we're all App Stack teams, what milestone are we hoping to hit with the first release of App Stack MVP? What themes should we keep in mind/prioritize per quarter? E.g. security, functions, cohesive UX. Yes, we want it all, but if we're all aligned on the top ones at the same time I suspect we'd accelerate our efforts.
Overall, this talk was hugely appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to chat with us. I'd love to see more of these.

it was great to hear the cascading strategy down to what each one of us can do to contribute. Open discussion was also great to have. Would like to see these done more regularly. Created about 1 month ago

For me who does not report directly to Graham, it was a great opportunity to hear directly from our pillar lead. I wish we could have more of these in the future.Created about 1 month ago
